1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided

GECC provides education consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Career counseling and course selection guidance
• University and college application assistance
• Student visa consultation and documentation support
• Test preparation guidance (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, etc.)
• Scholarship application assistance
• Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Letter of Recommendation (LOR) guidance
• Pre-departure briefing and orientation
• Accommodation and travel assistance
• Education loan guidance

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications, forms, and communications with GECC. Any false or misleading information may result in:

• Rejection of your application by universities or visa authorities
• Termination of our services without refund
• Legal consequences as per applicable laws

3.2 Document Submission

You are responsible for:

• Providing all required documents in a timely manner
• Ensuring documents are genuine and properly attested
• Meeting application deadlines
• Responding promptly to requests for additional information

3.3 Financial Obligations

You are responsible for all fees associated with your application process, including but not limited to application fees, test fees, visa fees, and tuition fees. GECC's service fees are separate and must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.

4. Service Fees and Payment

4.1 Fee Structure

Our service fees vary depending on the services selected and destination country. All fees will be clearly communicated before you engage our services.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule
• We accept bank transfers, cash, and digital payments
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes
• Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Before Service Commencement: Full refund minus administrative charges (10%)
• After Service Commencement: Partial refund based on services rendered
• After Application Submission: No refund for services already provided
• Visa Rejection: GECC fees are non-refundable as our services are independent of visa outcomes

5. Limitations of Service

5.1 No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

GECC provides professional guidance and support but cannot guarantee:

• Admission to any specific university or program
• Approval of student visa applications
• Scholarship awards
• Specific processing times by universities or visa offices

Final decisions rest with the respective universities and immigration authorities.

5.2 Third-Party Services

GECC is not responsible for services provided by third parties, including universities, visa offices, test centers, or accommodation providers. Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly with them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the GECC website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GECC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Use our branding or materials for commercial purposes
• Copy or scrape data from our website

7. Confidentiality

GECC maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., to universities or visa offices) or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Limitation of Liability

GECC shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of applications by universities or visa authorities
• Delays caused by third parties
• Changes in immigration policies or university requirements
• Loss or damage to documents in transit
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GECC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or provision of false information.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• By Client: Written notice with applicable refund policy
• By GECC: For breach of terms, non-payment, or provision of false information

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes:

• Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation
• Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be under the jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu, Nepal

11. Force Majeure

GECC shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, wars, or technical failures.

12. Amendments

GECC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
